These Terms apply to all tutoring services provided by Renée van Zandvoort, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia.
1. Services
Renée van Zandvoort provides online Dutch language tutoring delivered via Google Meet. Lessons are considered delivered at the scheduled session time.
2. Payment
An invoice with payment details will be sent to your email after booking. Bookings without payment confirmation within 24 hours may be cancelled.
For faster and lower-cost payments, students are encouraged to use Wise or Revolut. Bank transfers are also accepted, but may incur higher fees.
3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Georgian consumer protection law, students may withdraw from a lesson package within 14 calendar days, provided no lessons have been delivered. If lessons begin within the 14-day period, the value of completed lessons will be deducted from any refund.
These terms take priority over any other communications or previous versions. By booking a lesson or purchasing a product, the Student explicitly accepts these terms in full.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Students may reschedule or cancel lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without attendance are non-refundable.
If the tutor cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. Validity of Lesson Packages
Lesson packages are valid for:
- Up to 10 lessons: 12 months
Unused lessons after the validity period expire and are non-refundable.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Learning outcomes depend on the student’s individual effort and participation. No specific results or exam outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Georgian law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lesson or package.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
