At Renée van Zandvoort, Individual Entrepreneur, we strive to provide high-quality online Dutch language instruction. The following terms apply to all lesson purchases.
1. Service Delivery
All lessons are delivered online via Google Meet. After successful payment, you will receive confirmation and scheduling instructions by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours, please contact us at info@dutchandyou.com.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Georgian consumer protection law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, provided that no lessons have been delivered.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via email before the 14-day period expires.
If you request that lessons begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you agree that any completed lessons will be deducted from any applicable refund.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Students may reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without attendance, are non-refundable.be charged in full.
If the tutor cancels a lesson, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for:
- Completed lessons
- Missed sessions without notice
- Requests made after the 14-day withdrawal period (unless the service was not delivered)
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
