Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how I deliver both tutoring services and digital products (workbooks, worksheets, and other downloadable material).

A. Tutoring Services

1. Booking and Confirmation Upon successful payment via our website, the customer will receive an automated email confirmation from Amelia. This email contains the date, time, and the unique Google Meet link for the scheduled session. Customers can also access their booked sessions and package details through the My Account” page on the website.

2. Method of Delivery All educational services are delivered live via high-definition video conferencing. Our primary platform is Google Meet. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection.

3. Immediate Onboarding” Access Immediately after payment, students can create their own account on my website. Here, they can view their upcoming schedule, and manage their bookings.

4. Proof of Service (Attendance) For security and compliance, we maintain “Logs of Attendance” for every session. A session is considered “Delivered” once the tutor and student have entered the virtual classroom. If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without 24-hour notice, the session is marked as “Delivered – No Show” and is non-refundable.

5. Technical Support If a technical issue on our end prevents a lesson from taking place, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the student, or a full credit for that session will be issued.

B. Digital Products

6. Method of Delivery Digital products (such as PDF workbooks, worksheets, and — in future — audio files) are sold and delivered through Payhip, our digital products platform.

Delivery is fully automatic:

  • After successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with an instant download link.
  • At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email from Payhip containing the same download link.
  • No manual action is needed from me — delivery happens immediately, 24/7, even outside business hours.

7. File Access Download links are valid for a reasonable period after purchase to allow re-downloading if needed. If you lose access to your file or your download link expires, contact info@dutchandyou.com with your order confirmation, and I will resend it.

8. Format and Requirements Digital products are currently supplied as PDF files, readable on any computer, tablet, or smartphone using free PDF reader software. Future products may include audio files (e.g., MP3); any specific requirements for these will be listed on the relevant product page.

9. Non-Delivery If you do not receive your confirmation email or download link within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact info@dutchandyou.com with your proof of payment, and I will resend your file manually as soon as possible.

10. No Physical Shipping Digital products involve no physical shipping, no shipping costs, and no delivery times beyond the instant download described above.
